… but what is a pocketbook, you may ask? It’s more than just a paperback. It’s an edition specific to France in Germany, where a book is published in a small, handbag-friendly format with a nice, glossy cover. Many books get a fresh cover for the pocketbook edition, which has been the case for Les Berlinoises:
